Founder and owner of Heal SD in San Diego, California, Laura Miramontes, ND, focuses on promoting health in every area of life. As a naturopathic doctor, she sees women from all backgrounds, helping those looking for a more holistic and integrative approach to their health.

She provides care for the women who have tried conventional medical treatments and had a less than stellar experience or who want to avoid taking medications long-term.

Dr. Laura Miramontes, ND, has a special interest in endocrinology with advanced training in natural fertility interventions.

Dr. Laura Miramontes, ND, uses natural and Ayurvedic medicine to manage complex hormonal conditions like menopause, premenstrual syndrome (PMS), polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), and infertility.

After earning her degree in naturopathic medicine from Bastyr University in San Diego, California, Dr. Laura Miramontes, ND, completed her residency training under Sandeep Chaudhary, MD, at Wellspring Endocrinology in San Diego. She went on to complete her mentorship training with Dr. Chasse, ND, at Hello Fertility in Bristol, New Hampshire.

With a passion for natural healing, Dr. Laura Miramontes, ND, has more than 200 hours of hands-on training in Ayurvedic medicine. She completed these hours in the United States and South India.

When not at the office, Dr. Laura Miramontes, ND, is giving back and supporting education for women in underserved communities locally and globally.

I have had a wonderful experience working with Dr. Miramontes. I started with her after a failed IVF cycle (embryos created were not genetically competent).
